Payment terms:

Payment term - upon delivery within 5 days after acceptance. The participant has the right to include in the application an ADDITIONAL alternative offer with different payment terms, in case of a significant improvement in its price offer
Delivery terms:
1) Delivery of items 1-6 is carried out in time until 01.06.2021. Delivery address-Voronezh region, Novousmansky district, s . Nechayevka, (the place of construction of warehouses for the needs of the organizer).
2) Delivery of items 7-11 is carried out within 14 working days from the date of signing the contract at the address: Voronezh region, Ramonsky district, Medovka village, Promyshlennaya str., 1 (contractor's warehouse).
The delivery method is by road. The delivery condition is the recipient's free warehouse.

Comments: 1. All prices in the offer must include the cost of delivery to the recipient's warehouse, unloading.
2. Loading the main commercial offer is MANDATORY, and changing the price after the end of the submission of applications is not allowed.
3. The delivered product must be new, not used. A mandatory requirement for delivery is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods.
4. When submitting an application, you must provide the following set of documents:
- Company card;
- Articles of Association and amendments thereto;
- A copy of the certificate of state registration (OGRN);
- A copy of the tax registration certificate;
- A copy of the certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (for contractors-individual entrepreneurs);
- Current extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities / EGRIP for the last 3 months;
- Permits - certificates, licenses and permits (if available);
- Documents confirming the authority of the signatory of the contract on the part of the counterparty;
- Certificate of performance of the obligation to pay taxes – code for the CND 1120101. The date of issue of the certificate is not more than 1 month;
- information about the number – the code for the KND 1110018 for the last 3 calendar years
- certified by the organization's seal (if any) and signed by the head of the organization, copies of documents confirming the location:
- Accounting statements for the last 3 calendar years with the tax authorities ' acceptance mark:
* OKUD Form 0710001-Balance sheet;
* OKUD Form 0710002 - Report on financial results;
- Financial (Management) statements as of the last reporting date (quarter) signed by the head of the organization, certified by the seal (if available):
* OKUD Form 0710001-Balance sheet;
* OKUD Form 0710002 - Report on financial results;
- a copy of the VAT Declaration for the last reporting period, certified by the organization's seal (if any) and signed by the head of the organization, with a note of acceptance from the tax authorities.
5. Please note that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
