The priority is the choice of the supplier at the minimum price, delivery time and maximum deferral of payment, with the conclusion of a contract according to the standard form of the Buyer.

For the convenience of registration of the quotation, it is necessary to attach the CP in electronic form, as well as its scan with the signature and seal. After the end of the bidding, 60 minutes will be given to update the documentation.
Loading a commercial offer is mandatory. In the presence of a valid agreement between our organizations, the attachment of statutory documents is not necessary. For suppliers with whom the contract is not concluded, a subtract of statutory documents is desirable.
It is recommended to load electronically to the lot and must send together with the product of quality certificates, passports of manufacturers for the offered products.

Please note that this request is not a type of competition/auction/public offer and does not fall under the regulation of articles 447—449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Federations. Section 8 of the Rules provides that the request for proposals is not tendering and is not subject to the requirements of articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to both choose the winner of the procedure and complete it by rejecting all incoming offers.
