Auto-extension

2.3. Form, terms and order of payment:
2.3.1. Payment is made by transfer of Customer funds to the account of the provider in the following order:
-an advance payment of 50% of the value of shipments of goods specified in the application the customer pays within 10 bank days after the signing of the contract and on the basis of the invoice issued by the supplier;
-final payment the customer pays within 10 bank days from the moment of delivery of the shipment at the warehouse of the customer and signing merchandise invoice form TORG-12 vendor account.

2.5. Place conditions of delivery of goods (execution of works, rendering services):
2.5.1. Goods delivery is carried out by the parties, by and at the expense of the supplier to the customer warehouse at: Moscow region, 140080, Lytkarino, turaevo industrial area, page. 10, with the inclusion of the cost of delivery in the price of goods.
2.5.2. The deadline for delivery of the goods is not more than 20 calendar days after the payment of the advance payment in the amount of 50% of the selected batch of goods specified in the application.
2.5.3. Volume of goods by specification can be selected within twelve months from the date of signing of the contract parties issued Customer requests. The customer independently determines the deadline for submitting the application and product range on each application from the specification.
