• for non-SMEs: not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days and not later than 75 (Seventy-five) calendar days following the date of signing the consignment note (unified TORG-12 form) and providing the original primary documents (invoice, invoice, bill of lading), the Buyer pays the Supplier the cost of the Goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer;
• for SMEs: within 15 (Fifteen) working days following the date of signing the consignment note by the Buyer (unified form TORG-12), subject to the provision of the original primary documents: invoice, invoice, TTN, the Buyer pays the Supplier the cost of the Goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer;
