| Payment terms: | Settlements under the Agreement are made by bank transfer by payment orders by transferring funds to the Contractor’s current account within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Buyer has accepted the goods, signed the delivery note and received an invoice for payment, the invoice from the Supplier (subject to the registration, established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Agreement). |
