| Payment terms: | Settlements under the Agreement are made by bank transfer by payment orders by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor within 15 (fifteen) working days after the Buyer's acceptance of the goods, signing the consignment note and receiving an invoice for payment, an invoice from the Supplier (subject to compliance with the registration, established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Agreement). |
