Обоснование: На основании Положения П 2-2015 «Порядок осуществления закупочной деятельности ООО «АТП» с учётом положений федерального закона «О закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц» от 18.07.2011 № 223-ФЗ» пункта 6.13.25 пп.11 «В случае если по запросу предложений не подана ни одна заявка на участие или подана только одна заявка на участие, или по результатам рассмотрения и оценки документации о запросе предложений, соответствующей требованиям, была признана только одна заявка, или по результатам оценки заявок закупочной комиссией не был выбран победитель, запрос предложений признается несостоявшимся». При наличии единственного участника закупки его заявление рассматривается, и в случае соответствия заявки и участника закупки требованиям документации о запросе предложений, с таким участником может быть заключен договор».
На «запрос предложений» на поставку микрогрузовика бортового с электрической силовой установкой была подана 1(Одна) заявка ООО «Техсервис-Хабаровск» которая была признана удовлетворяющим по существу условиям запроса предложений.
