Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day from the date of transfer of ownership of the Goods.
Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the basis of the original invoice, the original of the TORG-12 consignment note, copies of shipping documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:The supplier undertakes to deliver new, unused goods
The supplier carries out transportation (delivery) of the goods to the destination.
The Supplier’s obligations for the delivery (transfer) of the Goods are deemed fulfilled at the time of the transfer of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the destination.
The following accompanying documents are mandatory attached to the Product:
- packing lists;
- picking lists for each shipping place indicating: full and correct name, weight and size (length, width, height, net / gross weight), questionnaire number, name of the capital construction object, numerical marking (information on the principle: serial number of the place from the general number of seats);
- technical data sheets (where applicable);
- quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods;
- manufacturer's warranty and warranty period;
- operating instructions (where applicable);
- documents confirming the passage of the customs procedure for the release of goods for domestic consumption (applicable to foreign goods);
- Rostekhnadzor permission to use the Goods (where applicable).
Technical documentation must comply with the requirements established by the relevant Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (where applicable).
Passports and operating instructions for imported goods must be implemented in Russian.
The goods must be packed in containers that ensure proper safety of the Goods from any kind of damage and total or partial loss during transportation and meet the requirements (technical conditions) for packaging and packaging of this type.
For each container, the Supplier must provide a packing list in Russian.
The product must contain product and special markings affixed in accordance with GOST or TU, with mandatory information in Russian. All additional costs and losses incurred by the Buyer due to defective or incorrect marking shall be borne by the Supplier.
