Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

To participate in the tender you need:
1. Read the file "TK for fertile soil"
2. Fill in and send to FEP a scanned copy of the Application for participation in the tender according to the attached Form of technical and commercial proposal. The cost must be indicated in rubles per unit of measurement, including VAT, including delivery!
3. Reference list, address, photo and video review of production sites
4. Certificate of the Moscow system of voluntary certification "Eco-friendly soil"

It is necessary to send a complete package of documents in one letter and name the files according to their content according to the list above.
The TCH sent to the UOT by e-mail is a confirmation of your organization's participation in the tender.
The technical and commercial proposal (TCH) must be certified with the signature of the general director and the seal of the organization. A scanned copy of the original TCH (in * .jpg or * .pdf format), as well as a completely filled-in TCH file (in * .xls format) must be sent by 15:00 on 26.01.2021. to e-mail: olenevaav@pik.ru
