Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Mandatory conditions for participants:
Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
Guarantee - according to the model contract (attach), unless otherwise specified in the TOR
Consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
Price fixing until 31.12.2023
The buyer, if necessary (change in volume requirements) has the right to reduce/increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of equipment by 30% (both upward and downward)
All specified requirements must be shipped from the supplier's existing inventory.

Other requirements and explanations:
Due to an urgent need, a tender is being held for the supply of workwear and safety shoes for employees of the Thunder company for 2023.
All models must be shipped promptly (immediately after placing orders), the required quantity must be available from the supplier.
Terms of delivery of the goods: delivery by forces and at the expense of the supplier to all specified RC (a file with a list of RC is attached to the competition). The breakdown of the number by size is attached to the competition.
Mandatory condition: a completed TAP and attached photos of models with characteristics before signing the contract.
- The tender documents are attached to the tender documents - they need to fill in the information (the supplier's characteristics column) and provide photos of the models in which the supplier took part.
- Bidders have the right to submit several proposals (the second and subsequent proposals are submitted to b2b as an "alternative proposal"). When a participant submits several proposals, a completed TAP and attached photos are provided for each of them.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES .

EDS is not required

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.

This request for proposals procedure is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
