The following documents must be attached to the application without fail: a completed commercial proposal (with the technical characteristics of the goods), certificates / passports for equipment, agreement with the standard draft of the contract, dealership, a reference list for deliveries of similar products (form attached); brief information about the company (questionnaire); financial statements.
The participant has the right to offer his own terms of delivery (delivery time, payment terms).
