Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payments for the goods actually delivered and services performed are made within 5 (five) business days from the date of signing the act of delivery and acceptance of services.
Delivery terms:3.1. The Goods are delivered in separate batches, 1 (One) time per quarter, no later than 20 (Twenty) business days from the date of the Buyer's Bid submitted by e-mail or other other means. The bid must specify: product name, unit of measurement, quantity, date and address of the intended delivery of the Goods. The Supplier has the right to early delivery of the Goods with the consent of the Buyer.
3.2. The last batch of Goods in the current year must be delivered no later than 11/30/2023.
3.3. Delivery of Goods is carried out by the Supplier's transport on working days: Monday – Thursday from 9:30 to 16:00 local time at the address: Kamchatka Krai, Elizovsky m.r.n., Paratunskoye settlement, S. Paratunka, Paratunskoye sh., building 20/19. Unloading of the Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the places of storage of the Goods. The specific time of delivery of the Goods must be agreed with the Buyer additionally.
3.4. The Supplier must comply with the rules of access and intra-facility modes established on the territory of the Buyer.
