Payment terms:Advance payment (no more than 50%).
General contracting costs 5% of the cost of installation work.
Payment within 20 working days after signing the COP-2, COP-3.
Final payment – 20% payment (deferred payment) from the sum of the cost of installation work (excluding the cost of equipment) – after the completion and delivery of the entire scope of work under the contract and the signing of the final Act of delivery and acceptance of work within 35 working days.
A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is the conclusion of a guarantee agreement by an individual (the founder of the organization of the winner of the tender). The guarantor undertakes to be jointly and severally liable to LLC "E-stroy" for the performance of work under the contract, for the fulfillment of warranty obligations by the company, for the return of the advance payment in case of non-performance of work.

Comments:
1. Execution of works – in accordance with the terms of reference.
2. If there are additional works, enter them in the cost calculation form.
3. The commercial offer should be accompanied by a technical specification, a draft design of the finishing of elevator cabins, indicating the names and articles of the materials used, as well as a file with 3d visualization. A commercial offer is not considered without a specification.
4. Submission of the documents specified in Appendix No. 6 is mandatory for all participants, the absence of documents/non-compliance with the established requirements is the basis for refusal of admission to participate in this tender procedure.
