!Attention! In addition to the Commercial Offer, the package of documentation provided by the Participant must include (!) Detailed explanations (calculation, specification) of the costs by type of installation and commissioning (from unloading equipment to preparing the Certificate of laboratory research for the installed equipment) purchased equipment and materials.
!!! Proposals of the Procurement Participants without cost explanations WILL NOT be admitted to the application review procedure !!!
Please, note! During the bidding procedure, the Procurement Participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
If an agreement is reached between the parties, the agreement is concluded no later than 20 days from the date of publication of the final protocol on the website http://www.b2b-center.ru/.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend the procedure and (or) change the date of consideration of the Participants' proposals, summarize the request, accept or reject any offer, and also terminate the request for proposals procedure.
