Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Conditions for participants:

1. Payment terms - postponement of 60 calendar days.

2. Guarantee - according to the model contract (attach), unless otherwise specified in the TK.

3. Consent to sign the model form of the contract (in the attachment) is required.

Participation is free of charge.
No E-signature is required.

Accreditation is provided. Not accredited Members, upon request of the Customer, will be required to provide additional documents.

The purchasing participant may repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of the application.

Only one legal entity may participate in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
