Auto-extension

Payment terms:Important! We buy equipment on lease. Fixed value in rubles for the entire period of conclusion of the contract. Indicate prices for 1pc. VAT included
Prepayment for the supply of equipment 30% prepayment, 40% when ready for shipment of equipment. The Supplier shall notify the Customer in writing, 30% after signing the certificate of completion.
Delivery, loading and unloading, lifting to the installation site, connecting equipment, training employees at the customer’s site should be included in the price of the equipment.
Delivery terms:Equipment delivery time - preferably minimum after prepayment. Specification by transport for calculating the cost of unloading and installation, address for delivery and installation: Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod street, building 29-33, building 31.

Comments:
A hardware warranty is preferably 36 months, but not less than 12 months.
The equipment supplied must be new and certified.
Replacement with similar equipment from another manufacturer is possible. Purchasing documentation with technical specifications.
The positional method of carrying out the procedure provides the organizer with the opportunity to conduct Purchases in separate Positions and conclude agreements with the Winner (s) for individual Positions to obtain the greatest economic effect.
To conclude the contract, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Articles of association and memorandum of association (copies)
2. State registration certificate (copy)
3. Certificate of entry in the USRLE, issued by a tax office (INN and OGRN) (copy)
4. Extract from the USRLE issued by a tax office not earlier than 30 calendar days before its submission (copy)
5. Protocol of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on the appointment of the director of the counterparty (with a signature sample.) Copy
6. Accounting statements form 1 and 2 for the last closed year Copy
7. Valid office lease agreement (with payment orders first and last under this agreement) Scan.

These tenders are an internal procedure for the selection of a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as tenders in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this bidding procedure does not impose on the organizer of bidding, the customer, the corresponding amount of civil law obligations, including the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the bidding or its other participant.
By submitting documents and information to the auction organizer, the applicant confirms his compliance with the qualification requirements established for the relevant auction, expresses his intention to participate in the auction, agrees with the rules and conditions of the auction.
