Payment terms:the advance payment is not provided, payment is made for the actually executed works on the basis of acts of delivery-acceptance of the executed works, with deferred payment not less than 30 (thirty) and no more than 40 (forty) calendar days.
The customer is ready to consider alternative offers (including several) of the participants in terms of order and timing of payment, which will be taken into account when comparing offers.
Delivery terms:the period of performance of works is not more than 90 calendar days, including delivery of the result of works to electric networks and Rostechnadzor with the commissioning.

Required Vendor Requirements:
1. Absence of litigation in the participant of the procurement procedure for the amount of claims to the latter, exceeding 25% of the company's own capital;
2. The period of State registration of the participant of the procurement procedure before submission of the application for participation in the procurement procedure shall be not less than one year.
3. The participant must have special legal capacity in accordance with the current legislation related to the implementation of the activities provided for by the subject of procurement, including the necessary licenses for the performance of Works or Provision of services, in the scope of performed works/services, namely, must have membership in a self-regulatory Organization (SRO), giving the right to perform work on the subject of the contract.
4. The participant's offer must meet the requirements of the technical specification.
5. The participant must confirm the acceptance of the retention of the customer from all amounts payable for the work performed under the contract, the guarantee deduction of 5% of the amount payable before the signing of the final act under the contract (the end Warranty period), or provide written confirmation of the bank about readiness to give the participant a bank guarantee to ensure the fulfillment of obligations of the member under the contract in the amount of the full amount of guarantee deductions.
6. The participant must confirm that he is the official dealer of the manufacturer, delivered in the framework of fulfillment of obligations under the contract, or authorized by the manufacturer or official dealer for the supply of equipment.
7. The participant must make an obligatory departure to the place of work for evaluation of technical decisions before the moment of application for participation in the procedure.
8. The participant should have the confirmed experience of works on the types of works specified in the technical assignment.
9. The revenue of the participant for the previous reporting period (year) shall be not less than the contractual cost of the works, drawn up according to the volumes specified in the technical specification.
10. The term of the guarantee of quality of contractor works is 1 year from the date of signing the act of acceptance of works.
11. In the justification of the proposed cost of work is required to provide local estimate calculation in Excel format. The estimate documentation for execution of construction and installation works should be performed by the base-index method, in territorial or federal single rates with the use of indices of recalculation of the estimated cost (Minstroy of the RF, or SCCA), Relevant at the time of submission of documentation. The executor presents to the customer a program file ("xml" file extension) and in Microsoft Excel format for checking in the PC "GRAND-estimate". All materials, which are not in the normative base of PC "GRAND-estimate", should be provided with documents confirming the cost of such materials in the form of a commercial offer or price-lists of the material supplier.
12. It is possible to supply analogues of the diesel power plant, which is not inferior to the characteristics established in the technical specification, analogues of production China are not considered. When submitting an offer for analogue, requested by the customer of the equipment, the participant, in the package of proposals should be provided a comparative table of compliance with the characteristics of the proposed and requested Equipment.

The procurement procedure is the internal procedure of selection by the supplier company and should not be considered as a bidding in the sense of articles 447 – 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public competition which is regulated by chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
"Sanatorium" zapolier "reserves the right at any time to refuse from the continuation of this procurement procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract with the supplier, the offer of which is recognized as the best On the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any expenses related to participation in the procurement procedure shall be borne by the participant independently, the mentioned expenses under no circumstances shall be reimbursed by OOO "Sanatorium" Zapolye ".
