1.2. Submit the following documentation upon delivery of work:
- certificates of inspection of hidden works;
- quality certificates, passports for all materials used. To certify the copies with the seal of the contractor, the inscription "copy is correct", signature with decoding;
- log of incoming inspection of materials, products and equipment;
- work production log;
- special work logs;
- executive schemes;
- copies of orders to responsible persons;
- a photo of a three-stage photographic record of the work performed (before, during and after the work) for each type of work;
- other executive documentation at the request of the General Contractor.
All copies must be certified by the seal of the Contractor and the signature of the manager.
