Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

This RFP procedure does not constitute an auction or request for tenders, and is not subject to the Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not imply the Customer's legal obligations to choose the supplier.

When concluding the contract, provide the following documents.

For Russian legal entities:
- Charter (as amended),
- Certificate of State Registration of Legal Entity
- Certificate of entry to the EGRUL about a legal entity registered before July 1, 2002,
- Certificate of registration in the tax authority,
- Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of a legal entity)
- Protocol (Decision) on the election of a sole executive body,
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) (validity period 1 month)
- Balance sheet (Form No. 1) for the last reporting period (if applicable)
- Statement of financial results (Form No. 2) (if applicable),
- Tax return on VAT for the last reporting (tax) period*,
- Tax return on income tax for the last reporting (tax) period*,

For individual entrepreneurs:
- Passport,
- Certificate of state registration of an individual person as an individual entrepreneur,
- Certificate of registration in the tax authority,
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (EGRIP) (validity period 1 month)
- Power of attorney (if the signatory is not an individual entrepreneur),
- Tax return on VAT for the last reporting (tax) period* or document confirming the application of the Simplified Tax System,
- Tax return on income tax for the last reporting period (tax) *

* - Instead of tax returns may be provided:
- Certificate of absence of tax debt issued by the tax authority, or
- Letter guaranteeing payment of taxes to the budget, with the signature of the sole executive body and the stamp of the counterparty.

Pattern of the signed contract in the attachment, minor agreed changes are possible when signing.
