Payment terms:Advance payment is not applicable. Payment upon delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the buyer within 60 working days from the date of delivery and submission of original invoices and consignment notes (or HPA).
Delivery terms:The delivery time of the Goods: to 05/01/2020
Delivery address: Yamalo-Nenets, Pur district, village. Urengoy (Base Ltd. "SMU-4"). Delivery shall include paid pontoon crossing of the river Pur.
Georeferencing:Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, Purovsky district, Urengoy village
Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").

2. By their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure is necessary before the opening of the envelopes attached APPLICATION applicant and documents according to the application simultaneously with the proposal and file as a scanned copy of your quotations (indicating terms of delivery) signed by the authorized person and stamped by the participating organization this procedure (form attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.

3. By providing on-demand proposals:
- map partner;
- Application form (Form №1);
- Commercial offer (Form №2);
- Certificate of Tax;
- Buch balance for 2016-2018;
- VAT returns for 2018
- Documents confirming the quality of the product by the manufacturer (passport, certificate of conformity and quality).
- A letter of guarantee unconditional signing of the draft contract to the Buyer's edition.
- A letter of guarantee that the products are new, not previously used.
- A letter stating that an offer is designed in full compliance with the request for proposals.

The cost should be indicated, including delivery to the buyer's warehouse.

Product supplier shall be the official distributor or other official representative of the manufacturer's suggested oils with the presentation of a document confirming that (provided simultaneously with the offer).

Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Be sure to attach the conformity certificates, passport, quality
quality.

Note: this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
