Обоснование: Согласно положению «Порядок осуществления закупочной деятельности ООО «АТП» с учётом положений федерального закона «О закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц» от 18.07.2011 № 223-ФЗ» П2-2015 пункт 6.13.25 пп.11 «В случае если по запросу предложений не подана ни одна заявка на участие или подана только одна заявка на участие, или по результатам рассмотрения и оценки документации о запросе предложений соответствующей требованиям была признана только одна заявка, или по результатам оценки заявок закупочной комиссией не был выбран победитель, запрос предложений признается несостоявшимся».
