Payment terms:
Payment for the Products, under the agreement (a separate stage of the agreement), is made by the Buyer with a delay of at least 30 and not more than 60 calendar days from the date the Buyer signs the document on acceptance of the goods.
Each signed consignment note (Attachment No. 2), invoice (Attachment No. 3), UPD (Attachment No. 4) provided by the Supplier is considered a separate stage of the contract.
Delivery terms:
The Supplier undertakes to deliver the Products in batches upon request, on terms of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse located at the address: Samara, st. Moscow highway, 236.
Delivery of the Products is carried out in batches according to the Buyer's Applications (Appendix No. 1.1. To the Agreement) sent to the Supplier. The Buyer, within 1 day, submits an Application to the Supplier by sending a message by e-mail or orally by telephone, specified in clause 8 of the Agreement. The Application specifies the name, quantity, assortment, delivery time, price of the Products.
The order of the Products by the Buyer and its delivery by the Supplier is carried out if the Buyer has a need for the Products.
