3. Object:
The Alexandrovskoye – Anzhero – Sudzhensk oil trunk pipeline 0-790. Section km 32.5-km 159 (inv. No. 500164). Replacement of the pipe on the PPMN of the Lari Yegan river km 77 (floodplain) km 74.88 - km 75.26, km 75.49 - km 76.82, km 77.21 - km 77.35 (main thread) Du 1200. Reconstruction.
The Alexandrovskoye – Anzhero – Sudzhensk oil trunk pipeline 0-790. Section km 32.5-km 159 (inv. No. 500164). Replacing the pipe with MV Ruchey km 98.99, (main thread), DN 1200. Reconstruction of the linear part of pipelines.
4. Place, conditions and terms (periods) of delivery of goods, performance of work, provision of services.

5. Information about the initial (maximum) price of the contract (lot price):
The initial (maximum) price of the lot is rubles, including VAT and transportation costs for the delivery of MTR.
- Advance payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of products;
- The remaining 50% within 10 calendar days from the date of the actual delivery of the batch of products to the warehouse of the consignee after providing the originals (S/F, TORG12, TTn, UPD).

6. The procedure for forming the contract price (lot price) (including or excluding transportation costs, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other mandatory payments): Taking into account transportation costs for the delivery of MTR.

7. The requirements established by the customer for the quality, technical characteristics of the goods, work, services, their safety, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, the size, packaging, shipment of the goods, the results of work and other requirements related to determining the conformity of the supplied goods, work performed, services provided to the needs of the customer;

8. The supplied materials must comply with: Series 3.503.1-91, GOST 13579-2018.

9. Requirements for procurement participants:
Absence of unscrupulous suppliers in the register. Absence of arrears in taxes and fees for the reporting period. Absence of liquidation, bankruptcy, suspension of activity.

10. The list of necessary licenses, certificates, permits for the right to work:
Quality certificates, certificates of conformity for the supplied MTR.

11. Special conditions for the delivery of goods, performance of works, provision of services
The supplier must inform about the readiness of the products no later than 10 days before sending them to the facility. If necessary, arrange access for a representative of LLC "Geoinform" to the Supplier's warehouse to check the quality of products before shipment. When ready for shipment, send scanned copies of passports for products, railway invoices, etc. TN and accounting documents by e-mail kas02051981@mail.ru .

The supplier submits, no later than the 5th day of the month following the reporting one:
- an invoice for the payment of the delivered MTR,
- invoice for delivered MTR,
- consignment note TORG-12 for the delivered MTR.
