Article 1 of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-ФЗ "On Procurement of Goods, Work, Services, Certain Types of Legal Entities", the effect of this federal law does not apply to the activities of Unipro PJSC related to the procurement of goods (work, services), since the total revenue of Unipro PJSC from activities carried out in the area of natural monopolies, as well as from regulated activities specified in No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011, does not exceed 10% of the total revenue from all types of activities carried out by Unipro PJSC.
