Dear Bidders,

1. Acceptance of Technical and Commercial Proposals - only on the B2B platform.

2. In case of an offer of currency-dependent goods, it is possible to make an offer in an alternative currency.

3. The file " Technical and Commercial Proposal Form" is required to be filled in. The file provides a block of instructions and information for the supplier and a list of purchased items.

4. The contract and the delivery specification are concluded in the form of Udokan Copper LLC, the forms are included in the bid documentation.

5. Without b2b accreditation for Udokan Copper LLC, the contract and delivery specification are NOT CONCLUDED. (accreditation for Metallinvest is accepted)

6. Sending goods to the address of LLC "Udokan copper" in strict accordance with the instructions.

7. For a list of attached documents, see the archive - "Documents for b2b"

8. Technical and Commercial Proposals without delivery are not accepted for consideration. (strictly - DDP delivery to the base specified in the file "Application for mandatory filling in by the Bidder"
