Payment terms:The Buyer agrees to transfer money with a delay of at least thirty (30) and not more than sixty (60) calendar days after actual receipt of products on condition that commercial invoices and quality certificates are provided. Commercial invoices are provided by the Buyer within 5 days after shipment of the product. By agreement of the parties other forms of payment can be considered, including through the transfer of promissory notes, counter deliveries, etc.

The deadline for submission of documentation: the beginning - since the announcement of RFQ on e-marketplace www.b2b-mrsk.ru (hereinafter - the system), and the official site of the Organizer, the end - opening of envelopes with competitive proposals (hereinafter - the Proposal) of participants.

Place of submission of documentation: - official website of the Russian Federation www.zakupki.gov.ru; - official site of OAO ATH www.kiravto.ru (hereinafter - the official site) "Procurements" section - tab "Information about current procedures"; - e-marketplace www.b2b-mrsk.ru.

The procedure for submission of documentation: Request for quotations is carried out on www.b2b-mrsk.ru in accordance with the rules and regulations acting in the system. The participant of the request for quotations should be a user registered in the system as a legal entity or an entrepreneur without a legal entity in accordance with established procedure, have the rights of system participant. Documentation is available through the competition (purchasing) board at the official website and system to any participants who have expressed their desire to participate in the request for quotations. The documentation is provided in the form of electronic documents.

Place, date and order of submission of competitive proposals of participants: -Participants submit their competitive proposals through e-marketplace of the System in accordance with the rules and regulations, acting in the system. Proposals shall be submitted in electronic safe of the Organizer with information security tools implemented in the system. - The customer stops accepting the proposals in the System at 10.00 a.m. (Moscow time) on April "29", 2016. - Apart of submission of proposals through e-marketplace of the system, the Participant shall submit the original proposal on paper. - Participant shall note that proposals submitted through the e-marketplace of the system and on paper, must be identical. - Before submission the original proposals must be securely sealed in envelopes (bags, boxes, etc.). The proposal shall be sealed in an envelope, referred to by the words "competitive proposal." - On each of these envelopes the following information: name and address of the Organizer; Participant's full business name and its postal address; the subject of the Agreement shall be specified. The words "Do not open until 10.00 a.m. (Moscow time) April 29, 2016. Open only at the meeting of the Commission on the opening of envelopes." - Unless otherwise provided by the rules of postal or courier shipments, on the outer envelope the address of the Participant shall not be specified. Participants shall ensure delivery of their suggestions to the Organizer: 610044, Kirov, Lomonosova Str. 7, Litt. A, office of Procurement Department. Opening of proposals will take place in accordance with the rules of the system. Public opening of Bids procedure on paper is not available.

Organizer receives simultaneous access to the received proposals of participants from 10.00 a.m., Moscow time, April 29, 2016 in accordance with the rules and regulations for the procurement procedures, placed on the website of the System B2B-MRSK.

Review of competitive proposals and signing of the review protocol shall be carried out at 10.00 a.m. (Moscow time) "05" in May 5, 2016, and summing up and signing the protocol will be carried out at 12.00 p.m. (Moscow time) on May 10, 2016 at the address: 610044, Kirov, Lomonosova Str. 7 Litt. A, 2nd floor, office of Procurement Department. The organizer has the right, if necessary, to change the time limit down.

The price of services shall include taxes (including VAT) and other compulsory payments in accordance with applicable Russian legislation.

The rest and more detailed conditions of the request for quatations are specified in the procurement documentation.

This Notice is an integral part of the procurement documentation on Open RFQ for the right to enter into an Agreement for the supply of materials and equipment, for the needs of OAO "ATH" according to the lot: Lot No. 2 "Supply of tools."

This RFQ is not an offer or a public offer of the Customer. This procedure is not a request for quotation procedure of tender and its conduction is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 and Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, ie It does not impose on organizer and customer the appropriate amount of civil liabilities. The organizer has the right to reject all received offers for any reason, or to stop RFQ procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to participants.
