Обоснование: На основании решения Закупочной комиссии по Протоколу № 2689851/941 от 3.12.2021 г. и Протоколу № 2689851/941/1 от 25.03.2022 г. принято решение о признании по Позиции № 4 «ДИСК ОТРЕЗНОЙ ПО МЕТАЛЛУ 350*3*32 СКОРОСТЬ 100М/С» победителем компанию ООО «Кузпром» со стоимостью за весь объем по позиции в размере 39 977,94 руб. без НДС, в связи с ростом цен. По позициям №3 «Круг шлифовальный 250*32*32 14А 80НСТ3Б 40М/С КЛ А» и №5 «Тележка для смазывания скреплений УС-КБ-ЖБР 00.000» признать процедуру несостоявшейся, в связи с отказом победителя от заключения договора.
