Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:-an advance payment of 30% of the cost of the equipment, the buyer pays within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing of the contract;
- A second advance payment of 50% of the cost of the equipment, the buyer shall pay within 5 (five) banking days from the date of receipt of notification from the provider hardware readiness for shipment;
- Final payment of 20% of the cost of the equipment, the buyer shall pay within 5 (five) banking days from the date of transfer to the purchaser of the equipment supplier and signature of the representative of the last invoice.
Delivery terms:Equipment must be made not later than 60 (sixty) days from the date of payment of the advance payment in the amount of 30% of the cost of the equipment.
