Payment terms:Покупатель производит оплату путём перечисления денежных средств на расчётный счёт Поставщика в следующем порядке: 100% стоимости товара – в течение 60 календарных дней с даты приёмки товара от Перевозчика на складе Покупателя.
Delivery terms:Поставщик производит доставку товара за свой счёт и своими силами до склада Покупателя. Наличие паспорта качества либо иной документ, удостоверяющий качество товара. Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным.Срок поставки 10 дней. При отгрузке товара обязательное уведомление Покупателя с предоставлением копиий:счет-фактур,торг-12 и документов подтверждающих отправку товаров через Перевозчика.
