Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Advance payment 40% is paid by way of an advance payment after providing a bank guarantee for the return of the advance payment (tentatively - February 2021);
Interim payment 50% is paid after the delivery of the Equipment (tentatively - May-June 2021).
The final payment of 10% is paid after the signing of the Protocol on the Comprehensive Testing of the Equipment and the Commissioning of the Equipment (tentatively - March 2022).

Comments:
The materials required for the installation of the supplied equipment are included in the Seller's scope of supply (anchor bolts for fastening the pump frame to the foundations or anchoring the pump to the foundation).
During transportation and installation, the fittings must be sealed with sealed plugs with gaskets.
The equipment is supplied with counter flanges, made according to EN standards, for connecting equipment to pipelines.
Required spare parts for 2 years of operation must be specified as an option, not including in the total cost of the Equipment.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
