In this tender APH "Miratorg" will take into account the prices of participants without VAT! But the deliveries will be with actual VAT.

Participants may not refuse to supply items for which they have been offered as part of the tender or raise the price after the offer has been submitted. In the event of a refusal of delivery or an attempt to increase the price, participants will be blacklisted.

The shelf life of the drugs supplied for APH "Miratorg" should be at least 75% of the total shelf life (factory life) at the time of delivery to the warehouse APH Miratorg.

PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE UNITS OF MEASUREMENT. PRICES MUST BE STATED CORRECTLY FOR EACH UNIT OF MEASUREMENT.
