Payment terms:
The price of the quotation must include all expenses of the Applicant related to the fulfillment of obligations, excluding VAT and taking into account transportation costs.
The price of the offer is indicated in rubles, excluding VAT.

Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day after the transfer of ownership of the Goods.
All payments for the delivered Goods are made on the basis of the original invoice, the original bill of lading (TORG-12) with the obligatory indication of the contract number, copies of shipping documents, issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The payer under the agreement is the Buyer.
The date of fulfillment of the Buyer's obligations to the Supplier to pay for the goods is the date of debiting funds from the Buyer's current account with the authorized bank.
Delivery terms:
The delivery of the Goods is carried out within the terms specified in the specification (Appendix No. 1 to the draft agreement).
Transportation (delivery) of the Goods is carried out by rail or road, in accordance with the shipping details of the Buyer (Consignee) specified in the specification.
The Supplier is responsible for the delivery of the Goods.
Transportation (delivery) of the Goods is carried out on pallets.
The Supplier transports (delivers) the Goods to their destination. By "destination" Parties mean:
- destination station — when delivered by rail;
- destination container station — for container delivery;
- Buyer's (Consignee) destination warehouse — when delivered by road.
When transporting (delivering) the Goods, the Supplier is guided by the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the transportation of goods/goods by one or another mode of transport.
The Supplier's obligations for the delivery (transfer) of the Goods are considered fulfilled at the time of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the place of destination. The moment of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) the Parties determine
- according to the date of the mark on the receipt (issue) of the Goods in the goods and transport document issued in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the transportation of the Goods appropriate mode of transport.
Ownership rights, as well as risks associated with the loss or deterioration of the quality of the Goods, pass from the Supplier to the Buyer from the moment of delivery (transfer) of the Goods.
When delivering the Goods, consisting of several components and declared in the specification as one delivery unit, ownership of the Goods passes from the Supplier to the Buyer from the moment of delivery ( transfer) the last part of the Goods.
The quality of the delivered Goods must be confirmed by a passport issued by the manufacturer and (or) a certificate of quality (conformity), and (or) other document, if its design is mandatory in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The following accompanying documents must be attached to the Goods delivered under the Agreement: packing lists; picking lists for each shipping place indicating: complete and correct name, weight and dimensions (length, width, height, net/gross weight), questionnaire numbers, names of the capital construction object, numerical marking (information on the principle: seat sequence number from the total number of seats); technical passports (where applicable); safety data sheets; quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods; manufacturer's warranty and warranty period; operating instructions (where applicable). Technical documentation must comply with the requirements established by the relevant Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (where applicable). Passports and operating instructions for imported goods must be executed in Russian.
The supplier is responsible for the improper quality of the products supplied under the Agreement, regardless of what manufacturer they are manufactured.
