The validity period of the TCH (price) must be valid for at least 30 calendar days.

2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire at the same time as the submission of the offer and file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of failure or improper performance by the participant of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of products must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (confirming documents the participant provides simultaneously with commercial proposition).
4. The cost of products must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
Note: this request for proposals is not a notice of the competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
PJSC "AK VNZM" reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results with the exception of the winner, cancel the request or its results, and to exclude any of the participants request without giving a reason. Submission of a technical and commercial offer implies agreement with the terms of the request. |
