Payment terms:
Payment by the customer is made by transfer of funds to the account of the supplier within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods
In case of conclusion of the contract on the results of procurement procedure with the subject of small and medium business, the payment period for delivered goods may not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of signing the document on delivery of goods under the agreement.
Delivery terms:
the payment of the fuel shall be effected by cashless transfer through the operating system of card maintenance with the possibility of free blocking/unlocking by the purchaser or by the filling list.
The plastic cards in the quantity answering to the needs of the buyer, are transferred in gratuitous use for the term of validity of the contract. If the card is lost or mechanically damaged by the buyer, the supplier recovers the card free of charge, but not more than 10% of the total amount.
The volumes of fuel and lubricants released on the cards must correspond to the limits set by the purchaser on the types (Markam) and quantity (liters) of fuel.
Delivery of goods must be carried out daily pickup from the supplier's petrol station, by sampling the products by the buyer by cards.
Works on holiday of oil products and services on information servicing of cardholders should be carried out by the supplier in the territory of Vanino, Khabarovsk Krai.
