Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made within 45 days after the signing of the Act of acceptance and transfer of the goods, while the maximum value of the Goods should not exceed 8,000,000 (eight million rubles).
If the total cost of the Goods exceeds the specified maximum cost, payment for the Goods is made within 70 days after signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of the goods.
Delivery terms:Delivery of IT equipment specified in Table 1 to this technical specification.
Delivery of 5 sets of equipment no later than 01.02.2023 to the address: Vladivostok, Prospekt 100-letiya Vladivostok, 155.
Delivery of 20 sets of equipment no later than 02/28/2023 to the address: Vladivostok, Prospekt 100-letiya Vladivostok, 155.
Packaging, labeling, transportation, security, delivery, loading, unloading, is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier.

All costs of transportation of equipment for warranty repair/replacement are carried out at the expense of the Supplier.

Comments:
For violation of the terms of delivery of goods, the Customer has the right to demand payment of a fine in the amount of 0.5% of the value of the goods not delivered for each day of delay, as well as compensation for all losses caused by such a violation.
For non-delivery and delivery of damaged equipment, the Customer has the right to demand payment by the Supplier of penalties in the amount of 0.5% of the value of the non-delivered batch of Goods for each day of delay. Penalties are accrued for the entire amount of the overdue obligation.
The Supplier is released from liability for late delivery of the Goods if such delay occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer of the Goods, in confirmation of which the Supplier will provide a letter from the manufacturer.
In the event of a three-fold failure of delivery dates, deprivation of the right to further deliveries.
