Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment for the Goods is made within 45 days after signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of the goods.
Delivery terms:Delivery of 60 sets of equipment until 08/23/2023 to the address: Moscow. Yakimanskaya embankment, house 2.
Delivery of 15 sets of equipment until 08/28/2023 to the address: Vladivostok, 100th Anniversary of Vladivostok Avenue, 155.

Packaging, labeling, transportation, safety, delivery, loading, unloading, is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier.

All costs of transporting equipment for warranty repair/replacement are carried out at the Supplier's expense.

Comments:
For violation of the terms of delivery of goods, the Customer has the right to demand payment of a fine in the amount of 0.1% of the value of the goods not delivered for each day of delay, as well as compensation for all losses caused by such violation.
For non-delivery and delivery of damaged equipment, the Customer has the right to demand payment by the Supplier of penalties in the amount of 0.1% of the value of the non-delivered batch of Goods for each day of delay. Penalties are accrued on the entire amount of the overdue obligation.
The Supplier is released from liability for late delivery of the Goods if such delay occurred due to the fault of the manufacturer of the Goods, in confirmation of which the Supplier will provide a letter from the manufacturer.
In case of three-fold failure of delivery dates, deprivation of the right to further deliveries.
