Dear suppliers!
1. A prerequisite for the tender is to fix the price for the period up to May 31, 2024.
2. When specifying the amount of the discount on the terms of advance payment, it is mandatory to indicate the value in numerical terms.
3. The offered products must meet all the technical requirements stated in the requirements, including being included in the list of agreed quarries and having a declaration of conformity of products.
4. In case of readiness to sign an agreement with a protocol of disagreements, when submitting a Technical and Commercial Proposal, it is necessary to upload it through E-Marketplaces.
5. The applicant has the right to provide Technical and Commercial Proposals only for those objects for which he wishes to apply (it is not necessary to apply for all objects).
6. The applicant must necessarily apply for those items for which he plans to participate in the tender.
7. The tender will be held in 1 stage:
- Collection of commercial offers by 04/27/2024 and conducting online competitive bidding process among companies accredited in the FGC Group of Companies
8. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the procedures conducted by the Call for Bidding Department of FGC Group LLC on the B2B platform are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the Bidder who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals becomes the winner of the request for proposals. (Regulations of the B2B-Center Platform System, Chapter 8, clause 8.10.1)

9. When submitting proposals for products from quarries not included in the agreed list, it is necessary to conduct laboratory tests. Information on the procedure for providing samples should be clarified with the initiator of the tender.
10. For the accreditation of new counterparties (for those companies that have not previously been accredited in the FGC Group of Companies), as well as companies whose accreditation period is coming to an end / has expired, it is necessary to upload documents on the website https://fsk.ru/about/tenders and notify in the body of the e-mail about the fact of uploading documents to e-mail kuhtinda@fsk.ru until 04/27/2024 inclusive.
In case of repeated accreditation, you can specify the validity period of the current accreditation from the contractor responsible for the tender.
