Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Dear Suppliers!
1. A prerequisite for the tender is price fixing for the period until November 30, 2020.
2. When specifying the amount of the discount on the terms of advance payment, it is necessary to indicate the value in numerical terms.
3. The offered products must comply with all the technical requirements declared in the need and have a declaration of conformity of products.
4. The applicant has the right to provide TCH only for those objects for which he wishes to apply (it is not necessary to apply for all objects).
5. The applicant must necessarily declare on the items for which he plans to participate in the tender.
6. Please note that the procedures carried out by the Procurement Department of GK FGC LLC at the B2B site are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the rules of the system, the winner of the request for proposals is a participant who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and has proposed the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals. (Regulations of the B2B-Center System, chapter 8, p. 8.10.1)
