Comments: Dear suppliers!
- A prerequisite for the tender is to fix the price for the period up to May 31, 2024.
- The offered products must meet all the technical requirements stated in the need and have a declaration of conformity of the products.
- A test machine is sent to the facility in order to check the quality and, if approved by the facility, the rest of the volume is already there.
- The Call for Bidding Bidder must comply with the requirements established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation for persons engaged in the supply of goods, performance of works, provision of services that are the subject of Call for Bidding.
- The Bidder must not be insolvent, in the process of reorganization, liquidation or bankruptcy
- The activity of the Call for Bidding Bidder shall not be suspended in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation as of the date of submission of the bid for participation in the Call for Bidding.
- Lack of information about the Call for Bidding Bidder in the register of unscrupulous suppliers provided for in Article 5 of Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 "On Call for Bidding of Goods, Works, and Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities."
- The lack of information about the Bidders Called for Bidding in the register of unscrupulous suppliers, provided for in Article 19 of Federal Law No. 94-FZ of July 21, 2005 "On Placing Orders for the supply of Goods, Performance of Works, provision of Services for State and Municipal Needs."
- Must have all the necessary types of resources and competence to fulfill the contract.
- Have all the permits available to fulfill the terms of the contract.
- The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
-This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the procedure for requesting commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
