Payment terms:Payment for the supplied products (goods) shall be made upon receipt of the products (goods) at the Buyer's warehouse, within 60 days of receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Supply to the buyer's warehouse in Chelyabinsk. Shipping costs are included in the cost of products (goods). The quality of the supplied products (goods) is confirmed by the quality certificate (passport) of the manufacturer. Conclusion of a contract in the form of Mechel Materials LLC WITHOUT A PROTOCOL OF DISAGREEMENTS.

Comments:
This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code. The buyer has the right to refuse all received offers without imposing liability.
It is possible to submit proposals through the electronic platform B2B-mechel.ru from pre-registered in the System, but did not receive EDS and did not pay for participation in the System.
Acceptance of proposals to the email address of the Organizer ends at 4 hours before the expiration of the request for proposals.
