Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites you to take part in the formation of the list of participants in the procurement event for the supply of low-value goods (stationery, paper, household goods) to the administrative offices and sales offices of PJSC VimpelCom.
To participate in the procurement event, the supplier must familiarize himself with and provide:
1. Application form signed by an authorized person (pdf and word format)
2. Completed in accordance with the attached reporting Excel template for financial audit
3. Scanned copy of the balance sheet for the last two reporting periods ("The reporting period is a year"), certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority
4. Scanned copy of the profit and loss statement for the last two reporting periods ("The reporting period is a year"), certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority
Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file (pdf);
Each scanned document should have a short title corresponding to its content.
Important!
At this stage, statutory documents, reviews, proof of work experience and other information not included in the above list are NOT provided.

The subject of the letter should indicate: "Supply of low-value goods (stationery, paper, household goods) to the administrative offices of VimpelCom (name of your company)".
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters).
This invitation does not constitute a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom under these Articles.
