Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Payment terms:payment for the goods is made after receiving the goods and original documents (invoices, TORG-12 invoices, waybills) within 60 days, by wire transfer of funds to the settlement account of the "Supplier"
Delivery terms:delivery of goods within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract and specifications, the goods are delivered by road transport and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's facility located at the address: Russian Federation, Tatarstan, Almetyevsk, st. Surgutskaya, 17. Prices must be valid until 04/30/2021.
