The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made in rubles at the Central Bank exchange rate on the day of payment within 20 (twenty) business days on the basis of the Account issued by the Seller after the Seller and the Buyer have signed consignment notes or UPD or acts of work (100% postpayment). Phased payment for delivery / work / support is possible.
The date of payment under this Agreement shall be the date of debiting of funds from the Customer’s current account. Payment is possible only after the conclusion of the contract.
Delivery terms:The participant indicates the cost in accordance with the request for proposal form. An offer may be submitted both on both lots and on one of the lots. Several alternative offers may be submitted with offers based on video walls of different manufacturers.
Change in value during the execution of the contract is not allowed.

If the technical characteristics of the proposed video wall are very different from those requested in the TOR, please justify the reason for such a proposal, as well as indicate whether it is possible to demonstrate the video wall in Moscow.
Filling in Appendix No. 1 - Request for proposals form is mandatory (including all sheets).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
