If the procurement participant is a small or medium-sized business entity, payment will be made within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing the invoice / universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as UPD) by authorized representatives of the Parties. |

| Documentation provision procedure: | Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
