Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the relevant batch of goods no later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of goods (from the date of signing the invoice without comments) and the provision of an invoice.
Delivery terms:The entire consignment shall be delivered all at one time to the specified address by the supplier. Delivery time: up to 40 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Comments:
Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Commercial proposal shall specify the final total. The cost shall be ultimate, fixed and shall include all the additional expenses (VAT, delivery to the specified address, packaging, labeling, etc.).

3) The purchasing items shall comply with the Requirements specification (in case the requirements specification is attached to the purchasing documents.
4) Warranty for the supplied products. Specify the warranty period as well as the date from which it starts (from the date of shipment from the factory, the date of shipment from the Supplier’s warehouse, the date of supply to the buyer's warehouse, the date of commissioning).
5) Period for product replacement under warranty.
6) Acceptance of the contract, or, in case of not acceptance, a protocol of disagreements.
7) The supplied products shall be new, unused, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of Technical and Commercial Proposal;
8) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document certifying the quality must be attached to the CP.

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
