Comments:
Participants have the opportunity to submit 2 applications: prepaid and postpaid. The supply contract is concluded between the supplier and LLC "MGK" Golden Horn ". This procedure for requesting proposals is not an offer, an invitation to make offers, acceptance of an offer or an invitation to take part in tenders; its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose any civil and legal obligations on the Customer towards the Participants or third parties that may incur any losses due to this. The Customer shall not be obliged to conclude any deals based on the RFP results and has the right to reject all the received proposals (requests) for any reason or to terminate the RFP procedure at any time without prior notification of the Participants and shall not be liable to the Participants or third parties that may incur any losses due to this. The Customer shall not also bear an indemnity obligation to the Participants or the third parties for any losses related to their participation in this RFP procedure. By participating in this RFP, a Participant confirms being informed on these terms and acceptance of those.

Bidding organizer has the right to hold the second stage (re-bidding) in case the results of the first stage are not satisfactory. Prior to rebidding, applicants who submitted the most advantageous offers will be allowed. Winning shall be deemed a bid offering the best conditions in compliance with RFP requirements and criteria.
