Good day!

The company MVM LLC (brands M.video / Eldorado), hereinafter referred to as the Customer, hereby invites you to take part in an open procurement procedure for the supply of equipment for cash registers to the facilities of the LLC MVM Company (M.video and Eldorado stores).

Information about the procurement procedure:
• Estimated terms of the procedure: 06.04-15.06.2021
• Terms of service provision: 24 months from 01.08.2021 to 31.07.2023.
• Unit prices for Products must be the same for both investment and unit orders in accordance with the Price Appendix to the contract
• Mandatory submission of proposals for the entire list of specifications
• Fixing prices for the term of the contract
• Participants can submit proposals for individual Lots (regions)
• Place of provision of services / delivery: M.video, Eldorado stores on the territory of the Russian Federation
• The winner is selected separately for each Lot (delivery region)

The order, description and conditions of the procedure are given in the Information sheet (Appendix No. 1).
Technical requirements and conditions of cooperation are set out in the Terms of Reference (Appendix # 2).

On the ETP, it is necessary to indicate the price for 1 Mvideo store by Lot (delivery region). Additionally, attach commercial proposal in the form of Appendix 6 in an edited version (Excel) with cost details for each item + scanned version signed by an authorized person and stamped.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
