Comments:
1) Participation only of manufacturers, or official dealers. MANDATORY ATTACH A DOCUMENT CONFIRMING THE OFFICIAL DEALER OR MANUFACTURER.
2) IT IS MANDATORY TO SUBMIT A COMPLETED COMMERCIAL OFFER (in excel format), according to the attached application form for participants, approved by Urals Capital, otherwise, THE APPLICATION WILL BE REFUSED !!!
3) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
4) This procedure is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
5) If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if he is declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement within 2 (two days) period according to the standard form of Urals Capital LLC without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
