The cost of delivery is indicated in a separately provided field and is indicated once when submitting an bid for participation, and is also not subject to change during rebidding.

3. Constituent documents (Charter, decision on the election of the State Duma, order on the appointment of an accountant, power of attorney for the signatory (if necessary), book.balance of 2023, certificate of deficits, staff placement, for individual entrepreneurs: certificate of TIN, SNILS).

Consent to conclude an agreement on the proposed standard form is an advantage, but not a determining factor in choosing a winner
