Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer no earlier than 30 and no later than 60 calendar days from the date of the actual receipt by the Customer of the goods at the warehouse and the documents required for payment (consignment note, invoice, UPD, invoice from the Supplier). In the event that the contract is concluded with the SME, then the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time of goods: no more than 4 weeks from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 31.12.2020.
Delivery of goods is carried out by the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouses. The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods are unloaded by forces and at the expense of the Supplier to the place specified by the Buyer.
